Asset Management Policy
Sets out to ensure GMW has clearly defined and understood vision, framework and goals to direct our approach to Asset Management.
GMW Compliance and Enforcement Strategy
This Strategy extensively uses wording and material from documents issued by the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action and the Murray-Darling Basin Authority.
Customer Support Policy
This policy informs our decisions and actions in providing support, whilst meeting the obligations and standards of the Essential Service Commission and the GMW Customer Charter.
Dam Safety Management Policy
Sets out how GMW manages dam safety risk.
Debt Management, Stop Supply and Hardship Procedure
Sets out the rights and responsibilities of GMW and our customers in relation to the management of outstanding debt and suspending a customer’s water supply due to non-payment (Stop Supply).
Family Violence Policy - Customers
GMW's Family Violence policy is intended to increase awareness and continuously improve GMW’s processes and practices relating to family violence.
Flood Operations Policy
This policy defines GMW’s operational practice for routing floods through the large water storages under its control.

Declares our intentions, objectives and goals for our Health, Safety and Environment Policy.

Fatal Risk and OHS procedures in place to protect the health, safety and welfare of employees and other people at work.

Piped Water Supply District Terms & Conditions
Applies to all serviced properties within GMW’s East Loddon, Normanville, Mitiamo and Tungamah water supply districts.
Procurement Policy
This Policy sets out to provide Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) management and staff with a clear statement of their responsibilities and limitations in regard to procurement activities.
Seasonal Determinations Policy
Seasonal determinations are the means for sharing available water between individual entitlement holders each year.

This document sets out the methodology for the calculation of all tariffs, charges and fees for district, zones and areas in which the Corporation provides its services and identifies the irrigation period for all irrigation districts.

Applies to the delivery of water by GMW in the Goulburn-Murray, Nyah and Tresco Irrigation Districts.
