Annual Report

Goulburn-Murray Water's Annual Report describes our activities undertaken between 1 July and 30 June to ensure that we meet customers’ needs, our regulatory obligations, maintain our asset base, and achieve our vision of “water for a thriving northern Victoria".

Corporate Plan

Goulburn-Murray Water's Corporate Plan aligns to our strategic plan and includes our business plan, which outlines our key priorities for the next 12 months. It fulfils our legislative requirements for reporting to the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) and the Minister for Water on our responsibilities under the Water Act.

Price Submission

Every four years, Goulburn-Murray Water are required by the Essential Services Commission (ESC) to develop a Price Submission that outlines the prices we propose to apply for that regulatory period and sets out the service levels and values that customers can expect to receive from us.

Customer Charter

Goulburn-Murray Water’s Customer Charter provides our rural water customers with important information about the rights and responsibilities of customers and GMW, as regulated by the Essential Services Commission (ESC). The charter sets out the standard of service that customers can reasonably expect to receive and against which our performance can be judged.

Gender Equality Action Plan Progress Report

Goulburn-Murray Water's Gender Equality Action Plan Progress Report lists the status of the planned actions that GMW has outlined in our Gender Equality Action Plan to promote gender equality in the workplace.

Policies

Goulburn-Murray Water has a number of policies that govern what we do and help set out our operational guidelines for our organisation.

Statements of Obligations

Under section 4l of the Water Industry Act 1994, the Minister for Water may make and issue statements of obligations to water corporations. These statements specify the obligations of Victoria's water corporations in relation to the performance of their functions and the exercise of their powers.

Diversity and Inclusion Plan

GMW's Inclusion Plan (2021-2025) ensures a workplace that is safe, skilled, and engaged, with equity and fairness at its core. The plan focuses on inclusion across abilities, genders, ages, and cultures through targeted actions such as employee networks, training, policy reviews, and career support programs.
