Quote biller code 72801 and the GMW reference number printed on your account.
BPAY View enables you to receive your bill notices electronically rather than through the mail. Not only does this allow you to receive your notice quicker than via the post, once you have signed up you can also view previous notices sent.

In person
Present your account at any GMW Customer Service Centre to pay by cheque, credit card or EFT. Cash is not accepted.

eNotices
eNotices enables you to receive your bill notices electronically rather than through the mail. Not only does this allow you to receive your notice quicker than via the post, once you have signed up you can also view previous notices sent.
To sign up, complete the registration form on the eNotices website.

Direct debit
Have your nominated Bank Account automatically debited by filling out our Direct Debit form.

Visa and Mastercard only. Pay via the MyGMW portal or call 1300 558 729 and follow the prompts.

Pensioner Concession
A concession on Fixed Charge Accounts is available if you hold a pensioner concession or health care card (subject to meeting certain eligibility criteria). Contact us for more information.
