Concessions

Concession card holders may be eligible for a concession on their water supply. 

These include holders of one of the following:

• Pensioner Concession Card (Centrelink or Department of Veterans’ Affairs)
• Centrelink Health Care Card, and
• Department of Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card (excluding ‘Dependent’ cards)

Concessions can be applied to water supply charges for a customer’s primary place of residence only.

To apply:

1. Download and complete the DFFH Concession Form
2. Submit the form via email to reception@gmwater.com.au, post PO Box 165, Tatura 3616, or in-person at a GMW Customer Service centre.
3. GMW will verify your concession card details with Centrelink online, quarterly.
4. Once verified, the concession will be applied to your account.
