GMW’s 2021 Pulse Survey coming soon

Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) will soon undertake a Pulse Survey to learn more about what matters most to its customers.

GMW Customers and Stakeholders general manager Ann Telford said the independent survey would provide further opportunity for customers and GMW to collaborate.

The pulse survey will cover the following four questions:

  1. value for money for services received
  2. GMW’s reputation in the community
  3. trust in GMW, and
  4. overall satisfaction with GMW as a provider.

"While not as detailed as our Customer Satisfaction Survey, the Pulse Survey will provide us with the opportunity to check in with our customers on how we are performing,” Ms Telford said.

“Receiving this feedback helps us improve our services and allows customers to help inform the future of the business and the services we offer.”

Carried out by external research company, newfocus, the survey will be conducted online and over the phone.

Customers will be randomly selected to take part and participation is completely voluntary, with all responses remaining anonymous.

The survey will be open from Tuesday 5 October to Wednesday 20 October 2021.

The Pulse Survey will run in alternate years to GMW’s bi-annual Customer Satisfaction Survey to monitor top-line progress against the changes and improvements made following GMWs Customer Satisfaction Survey last year.
