Ants sometimes nest inside pedestals or meter enclosures , which can lead to damage of vital components, such as radios.
To prevent ants and other insects from entering our meters and causing damage, we use Sulfac Duo and Ant Sand.
These products are applied by trained staff and carefully selected to ensure there is no risk to livestock or crops, nor any effect on water quality.
The treatment uses a red dye that helps our staff easily identify treated areas. This dye is harmless and evaporates generally within two weeks.
