Corporate Structure
The Corporation is headed by a Board that comprises eight Directors. The Minister administering the Water Act 1989 appoints the Directors for their skills and expertise.
Management Structure
The organisation is structured into four business divisions: Operations Division, Technical Services Division, Corporate Services Division, Organisational Development and Strategy.

Customer Committees
Water Services Committees (WSC) are established by the Board to represent customer groups. They have been operating since 1993. For more information visit the WSC
