GMW seeks customer feedback to plan future services

Thursday 16 September, 2021

Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is seeking feedback from customers to better understand opportunities to plan services to help meet the needs of their property or business.

Gravity, diversions, water district, pumped irrigation and flood protection district customers are being invited to complete an online survey to help inform the development of GMW’s Service Plans.

GMW Strategy and Services Planning general manager Daniel Irwin said work had started on the development of a suite of service plans which would outline how the organisation managed those services into the future.

“They will also inform the development of our 2024-28 Price Submission,” he said.

“To achieve this, we will be engaging with the customers of these services, as well as with other key stakeholders.

We have already commenced engagement with local Water Services Committee representatives and are now seeking to hear from our broader customer base about what they are wanting in the future from the services we offer.

“We are committed to delivering reliable supply, fair pricing, efficient operations, responsive services and simple systems, so I encourage customers to take a few minutes to complete the survey as it will play an important part in how we deliver our services into the future.”

The survey is open until Sunday, October 3, and all information gathered will be anonymous.
