We are pleased to advise that following the Victorian Government’s today, Goulburn-Murray Water’s customer service centres will reopen to the public from Monday 22 February 2021.
In line with this advice, offices will be operating with a reduced number of staff.
Our Tatura customer service centre at 40 Casey Street will reopen from Tuesday 23 February 2021. The Tatura customer service centre will be open for our customers on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8.00am to 4.45pm.
Our regional customer service centres will reopen to customers from Monday 22 February 2021, from 9.00am to 4.00pm on the following days:
- Cobram: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Shepparton: Tuesday, Thursday
- Kyabram: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Rochester: Tuesday, Friday
- Kerang: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Pyramid Hill: Tuesday, Thursday
Visitors to our offices will be required to sign in and out – this can be done via a simple QR code process, or by signing a paper register.
We have also implemented a number of precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and staff when on site at our customer service centres. These include:
- perspex screens at our counters
- physical distancing markers; and
- hand sanitiser.
Customers and staff will be required to wear a fitted face mask when in the office as well as maintain a physical distance of 1.5m. You can also book an appointment online via our website to attend a GMW customer service centre, or book an on-farm visit (in line with current guidelines). This is a tailored and fit for purpose service that puts you in touch with the right person at a time and location that suits.
