NOTICE OF BOATING ACTIVITY EXCLUSION ZONE
Goulburn-Murray Water as the declared waterway manager for Lake Eppalock hereby gives notice under section 208(2) of the Marine Safety Act 2010 that all persons and vessels not registered to take part in the 2025 VSBC Club Day and 2026 Eppalock Gold Cup are prohibited from entering and remaining in the following waters.
Waters of Lake Eppalock – the waters between the Victorian Speed Boat Club and approximately GPS coordinates, 36°52′25.6″S 144°34′50.9″E, Point Hurley and Point Wylie.
A 5 knot buffer zone will be in place on the waters of Lake Eppalock between the exclusion zone at approximately GPS coordinates, 36°52′25.6″S 144°34′50.9″E, and Moorabbee Bluff to allow public transit around the exclusion zone along the northern shore between Point McNutt and Moorabbee Bluff.
The exclusion zone will be in effect from:
- 6.00 am–6.00 pm Saturday 29 November 2025;
- 9.00 am Friday 9 January to 7.00 pm Sunday 11 January 2026.
