Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) will be temporarily closing the Kurrajong Boat Ramp (Victoria side) at Lake Hume to undertake car park improvement works.
Works will commence Monday, 13 April 2026 and are expected to be completed by Sunday, 19 April 2026, weather permitting.
What’s happening?
- Repairing erosion within the car park area
- Laying new gravel to improve surface conditions and vehicle access
What does this mean for visitors?
Due to the car park works, there will be no vehicle access to the Kurrajong Boat Ramp during this time.
The ramp will be closed to all vessel launching and retrieval for the duration of the works.
Alternative boat ramps at Lake Hume remain available.
Visitors are asked to follow all signage and directions on site.
