GMW is conducting its annual customer satisfaction survey during the next three weeks.
The survey consists of a few short questions - relating to value for money for services received, GMW’s reputation in the community, trust in GMW, ease of doing business and overall satisfaction with GMW as a provider.
Customer participation in the survey is undertaken by random selection and all responses are anonymous.
Customers selected to complete the survey will be contacted by newfocus, an independent research agency, to complete the survey – this will be done either by phone, or email.
The survey will only take participants about five minutes to complete.
