GMW has a portfolio of agreements in place for tenants to lease GMW land. A lease grants the tenant exclusive possession of GMW owned or managed land, meaning they can control and restrict access to it.
GMW currently leases GMW owned or managed land for a range of permitted uses including:
- Commercial caravan parks
- Telecommunications facilities
- Recreational clubs
If you have an enquiry about a specific parcel you wish to lease from GMW, please submit an enquiry via a PS010 application. Please see the current GMW Price List for the relevant application fee.

If you wish to register for upcoming leasing opportunities of GMW land, you can do so by submitting your interest at Goulburn-Murray Water's E-procure page. and selecting “Classification” “Property and Realty Services”.
