GMW is responsible land manager or administrator of approximately 3,000 Crown Land parcels of land throughout Northern Victoria. Property Services provides a vast range of services relating to these Crown Land parcels.
GMW Crown Land
As part of its mandate, GMW manages various aspects of Crown land, particularly those related to water infrastructure and services. This includes overseeing the construction, maintenance and operation of water storage, delivery systems, and ensuring sustainable land use practices.
