Martina Cusack, General Manager Water Storage Services

A civil engineer with over 30 years of experience, Martina has worked in various engineering and management roles.

She has managed and directed many multi-disciplinary projects, and has considerable experience in project management, contract administration, strategy development and capacity building.

Martina has been involved in the operation, maintenance and recreational values at dams in northern Victoria for over a decade, and has led the GMW dams business for the last five years.

Daniel Irwin, General Manager Strategy & Services Planning

Daniel joined Goulburn-Murray Water in 1999 as a Water Services Officer and has held numerous positions. He was appointed as the Head of Customer Service and Operations in 2014 and most recently as Executive Manager (Transformation).

He is responsible for the Strategy and Services Planning Group, whose functions include Strategic plan preparation, corporate planning and performance, sector and organisational policy, dam safety, asset management and investment plans, data governance and analytics.

Warren Jose, General Manager Infrastructure Delivery Services

Qualifications: BEng (Geological), MEngSc (Geotechnical Engineering), MIEAust

Warren started with GMW in August 2019 and is responsible for leading the Infrastructure Delivery Services division, which provides design, construction and maintenance services to the Water Delivery and Water Storages divisions, plus external agencies such as MDBA and regional CMA’s

He brings over 25 years' Australian and international engineering experience in the design, development and delivery of complex infrastructure projects in the mining, civil, water and irrigation sectors. Prior to joining GMW, Warren led Murray Irrigation’s $250M infrastructure modernisation program, which was successfully completed and finalised recently.

Previously, Warren held roles of General Manager Infrastructure Delivery at Central Highlands Water in Ballarat, and Construction Manager for the $700M Wimmera Mallee Pipeline Project for Grampians Wimmera Mallee Water in Horsham.

Tracey Hood, Acting Chief Financial Officer

Qualifications: B.A. (Hons) in Economics & Finance, Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants

Having grown up in south west Scotland, Tracey spent her early career in the health and education sector before moving to New Zealand, where she held roles in both commercial and public sector formally managing the Finance Technology and Commercial Services for the Southern Region department of Corrections NZ.

Tracey joined GMW as Manager Financial Planning & Budgeting in December 2015 after relocating her family from Christchurch. 

She has experience in financial analysis, business planning, procurement, property, risk and business improvement. She has led multi-disciplinary teams across multiple geographical locations through major transformation.

Tracey holds an Honours Degree in Economics and Finance and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants.

Ann Telford, General Manager Customers & Stakeholders

Qualifications: B.A., Grad Cert Leadership & Mgt, ANZSOG Exec Master of Public Admin, PRINCE2 Practioner, IAP2 Practitioner, Mediation Practioner, Emergency Mgt AIMS, Company Director AICD.

Ann's background includes both the community and public sector.  During the past 17 years she has held senior roles in a range of Victorian Government agencies. 

She has expertise and experience in strategic and business planning, project management, regulatory compliance and enforcement, governance, communications, engagement and strategic partnerships.

Ann's work in the water industry has focused on the customer service, billing, property, communications and engagement functions, major customer relationship management and strategic planning.

Chris Dalton, Corporate Secretary

Qualifications: BCom, PGDipEco, GradDipAcc, GradDipAppFin, GradDipACG, FCPA, F Fin, FGIA, FCIS, GAICD.

Chris Dalton has extensive experience in governance, financial reporting, compliance and risk management.

He has held roles at organisations including PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the Victorian Auditor-General's Office and Coliban Water.

Chris is Chair of the Finance Committee of the Anglican Diocese of Bendigo. He was formerly a director of the Elmore, Lockington & Rochester Community Bank. Chris lives in Elmore with his wife and three children.
