Alan joined GMW in March 2014, with 25 years experience in the technology field, and 18 in senior management roles. Alan has previously held CIO roles with multi-national organisations, most recently in the tourism and hospitality industry, and has worked in Australia and internationally.

Peter Clydesdale, Interim General Manager Water Delivery

Qualifications: BA

Peter has worked for GMW for nine years in the provision of water-related services to our bulk water and retail customers.

He is experienced at the customer service and operational management level in Rochester, Loddon Valley, Central Goulburn, Murray Valley and Shepparton irrigation areas. Along with diversions services east and west and across the central dams catchment including Eildon, Goulburn Weir and Waranga Basin.

Peter’s focus is strong communications, people management and leadership to develop excellence in customer service.

Martina Cusack, Executive Manager Water Storage & Non-Regulated Services

A civil engineer with over 30 years of experience, Martina has worked in various engineering and management roles.

She has managed and directed many multi-disciplinary projects, and has considerable experience in project management, contract administration, strategy development and capacity building.

Martina has been involved in the operation, maintenance and recreational values at dams in northern Victoria for over a decade, and has led the GMW dams business for the last five years.

Graeme Hannan, Acting Executive Manager

Qualifications: B.E. (Hons), MIE Aust. CP Eng GAICD

Graeme Hannan has 24 years of experience at Goulburn-Murray Water across a range of activities. 

His expertise is primarily in water resources management, natural resources management, management of bulk water functions, customer services, water policy and entitlement development and implementation, and the co-ordination and integration of government programs.

Prior to his appointment at GMW he had 16 years experience as a consulting engineer in the water sector in Australia and overseas.

Tracey Hood, Interim Chief Financial Officer

Qualifications: B.A. (Hons) in Economics & Finance, Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants

Having grown up in south west Scotland, Tracey spent her early career in the health and education sector before moving to New Zealand, where she held roles in both commercial and public sector formally managing the Finance Technology and Commercial Services for the Southern Region department of Corrections NZ.

Tracey joined GMW as Manager Financial Planning & Budgeting in December 2015 after relocating her family from Christchurch. 

She has experience in financial analysis, business planning, procurement, property, risk and business improvement. She has led multi-disciplinary teams across multiple geographical locations through major transformation.

Tracey holds an Honours Degree in Economics and Finance and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants.

Tracey Hood


Marc Lon Ho Kee, General Manager Infrastructure & Asset Services

Qualifications: (BEng) FIEAust CPEng EngExec NER APEC Engineer IntPE(Aust) MAICD

Marc Lon Ho Kee has worked with GMW for more than 22 years and has an extensive understanding of the utilities infrastructure and assets sector.

In addition to Marc managing the Electrical and Mechanical team, and managing the Infrastructure and Assets team, he was also a key player in the introduction of GMW’s Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system (SCADA). Implemented in 1995, the SCADA system provides GMW with real-time visibility of the irrigation network and its associated assets. The system provides crucial operating data which enables the efficient management of the network for customers.

Prior to working with GMW, Marc worked with Gippsland Water assisting with the implementation of their telecommunications network.

Ann Telford, Executive Manager Strategic Engagement

Qualifications: B.A., Grad Cert Leadership & Mgt, ANZSOG Exec Master of Public Admin, PRINCE2 Practioner, IAP2 Practitioner, Mediation Practioner, Emergency Mgt AIMS, Company Director AICD.

Ann's background includes both the community and public sector.  During the past 17 years she has held senior roles in a range of Victorian Government agencies. 

She has expertise and experience in strategic and business planning, project management, regulatory compliance and enforcement, governance, communications, engagement and strategic partnerships.

Ann's work in the water industry has focused on the customer service, billing, property, communications and engagement functions, major customer relationship management and strategic planning.

Chris Dalton, Corporate Secretary

Qualifications: BCom, PGDipEco, GradDipAcc, GradDipAppFin, GradDipACG, FCPA, F Fin, FGIA, FCIS, GAICD.

Chris Dalton has extensive experience in governance, financial reporting, compliance and risk management.

He has held roles at organisations including PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the Victorian Auditor-General's Office and Coliban Water.

Chris is Chair of the Finance Committee of the Anglican Diocese of Bendigo. He was formerly a director of the Elmore, Lockington & Rochester Community Bank. Chris lives in Elmore with his wife and three children.
