To deliver and provide a range of high quality, vocationally based training programs for Goulburn-Murray Water and external clients that will enhance workplace productivity and lead to highly skilled workforces capable of meeting business objectives and adapting to change.

  1. Quality Training: Provide innovative training that meets the quality standards of accredited training packages.
  2. Customer Service: Provide a range of quality, cost effective training programs; design and deliver customised programs and provide well-equipped conference and meeting facilities.
  3. Workforce Skill Development: Provide a range of classroom, residential and workplace based training options to develop workplace skills and competencies.
  4. Course Development: Continue the ongoing development of curriculum materials to support classroom and workplace competency based accredited courses.
  5. Partnerships: Develop and build training partnerships within the water industry and with other regional organisations and groups.
