Training Services

Training Services provides training for all businesses large and small.  As a Registered Training Organisation we offer a range of programs through delivery or partnerships that include nationally accredited certificates in:

- Water Industry Operations

- Civil Construction

- Workplace Assessment and Training

A number of accredited short and refresher courses are provided on a regular basis, these include:

- Confined Space Entry

- Occupational Health & Safety

- Heavy Plant 'ticket' assessments

- Workshop Practices

 - Spotters

- First Aid Level 1&2

- CPR

- Roof safety

- Customer service

- Environmental management

- Frontline management eg. Work Priorities, Leading Teams, Managing Change

 

In addition, a number of non-accredited short courses are offered:

- Computer software training (Basic, Intermediate or Advanced levels)

- Business and Office (Contract Management and Supervision, Project Management, Report Writing and Minute Taking)

- Customer Service

- Self & Team Development

- Supervision and Team Leadership

 

Conference Facilities and Meeting Rooms

Training Services has facilities for meetings and conferences for up to 60 participants.

All rooms are equipped with:

  • data projector
  • overhead projector
  • TV
  • whiteboard

Other equipment can be supplied upon request.  A computer suite is also available for ‘in house’ software training.
