This project is developing low cost data communication systems (NICTORS) for monitoring water on farm and in the distribution systems, with direct feedback to automatic irrigation controllers. The project will also better quantify the benefits of TCC in the dairy and horticultural industries and demonstrate how improved services afforded by TCC can be converted into tangible benefits on-farm. G-MW is an in-kind contributor to the project.
