Carryover

The Minister for Water announced on 2 March 2007 that Murray and Goulburn irrigators will be able to carry over their unused water from the 2006/07 season to the 2007/08 season as a once-off drought response measure.  Minister Tim Holding has since confirmed on December 4 2007 that carryover is here to stay.
