Horsfall Rd Bridge Works, Dartmouth

Wednesday 12 April, 2017

We will soon be appointing a contractor to commence essential work to upgrade the Horsfall Rd Bridge near Dartmouth.

The bridge was first constructed in 1972 for the purpose of gaining access to the Dartmouth Dam site during construction. The proposed works will bring it in line with the latest safety standards set by VicRoads.

Upgrade works are expected to take approximately four weeks during May and/or June 2017.

Short road closures along Horsfall Rd may take place to allow for work to be carried out, however we aim to limit disruption to those in the Dartmouth area.

Please note, no works will be carried out on Thursday 8 June 2017, Friday 9 June 2017 or Monday 12 June 2017 due to Queen’s Birthday Weekend.
