This section on our website is just one component of a communication program that has been developed to ensure this objective is achieved. It will enable customers and other interested parties to access the latest information about our drought response.
How will communication be distributed to customers?
Media releases will be distributed after each allocation announcement which will occur on the 15th of each month (or next business day). Allocation announcements will also be made on the 1st of each month (or next business day), for water systems experiencing lower than average seasonal allocations.
