G-MW Fees and charges
Instalment payments
If you intend to pay
your account by instalments but have a concern with your account, please ensure
that you pay the first instalment. Any adjustments will be made to further
instalments. If you miss the first instalment you will be required to pay your
account in full.
Do you have an agreement with NVIRP, FutureFlow or G-MW to
rationalise an outlet?
If you have an
agreement but the outlet still appears in your recent fixed water charges
account contact your local office
to discuss arrangements that may include adjusting your account.
Do you have more domestic and stock outlets than you need,
or outlets that you are not using?
From this year a
charge of $50 will apply for every domestic and stock outlet servicing your
property. You can reduce these charges by contacting G-MW before 16 December
and advising us that you no longer require an outlet. Provided the outlet has
not been used during the 2010/11 season we will deduct the charges for the
abandoned domestic and stock outlets from your 2010/11 account.
Did you carry over allocation equivalent to more than 100%
of your high and low reliability water shares?
If yes, then the declaration
on 1 July means this water has been transferred from your spillable water
account into your ABA and is available for trade and use. A fee applies to every
ML transferred from your spillable water account into your ABA and a bill for this amount will be mailed to you in
September.
If you carried over
less than 100% then
- none of your water went into a spillable water account and
no fees apply
- all of your carryover is available for use and trade
For more information
on any of these account matters please call 1300 553 200
