G-MW updates 2010/11 seasonal outlooks
G-MW's latest seasonal outlooks indicate positive allocations for the
Murray and Goulburn systems on 15
August 2010 but zero for all other systems under average
conditions.
The outlooks provide an indication of allocations to assist irrigators and
other water users in the planning for the year ahead. The outlooks are based on
a broad range of assumptions that can change significantly over the course of the season.

Water Register's annual ABA statements coming soon...
The Water
Register will mail annual Allocation Bank Account statements during July. The
annual statements detail transactions into and out of your ABA during 2009/10.
-
Your ABA
statement includes a range of information you need to complete water trading
applications so please keep it in a safe place so you can refer to it during
the year.
-
Your 2009/10 ABA
closing balance will not match your 2010/11 ABA opening balance because 5% of your
carryover volume is deducted to meet storage losses.
