2010/11 Fees and Charges
In accordance with sections 260 and 264 of the Water Act 1989, notice is hereby given by the Goulburn-Murray Rural Water Corporation of the making of a resolution setting the tariffs in the tables below.
The tariffs are set for services and works provided by the Corporation for the period 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2011 except for the Infrastructure Access tariff for Water Delivery in the Campaspe, Goulburn-Murray, Nyah and Tresco Irrigation Districts which is set for the period 15 August 2010 to 15 May 2011.
The methods of calculating fees to be imposed under these tariffs are in accordance with the Operating Tariff Criteria, which is available for inspection at the Corporation's office located at 40 Casey Street, Tatura 3616.

Interest
Under S281 of the 1989 Water Act Interest shall be payable in respect to all amounts payable under a fee or charge if the amount is not paid by the due date. Interest is charged at a rate of 12.25% per annum.
Due Dates
The due date is 16 December 2010 with the exception of:
- Pyramid-Boort Area which is 16 January 2011
- Normanville, East Loddon and West Loddon Water Districts which is 16 January 2011
- Nyah Irrigation District which are 29 September 2010, 29 December 2010, 29 March 2011, 29 June 2011.

Payment of fees or charges can be made by :

There is an annual State Government concession of 50% (with a maximum of $122.50 for water) that applies to eligible pensioners.

Application fees relating to unbundled entitlements including: water shares, water allocations, delivery shares, water-use licences and works licences
The following tables show the fees prescribed in the Water (Resource Management) Regulations for applications in relation to water shares and water allocations for the 2010/11 financial year. These fees are calculated by reference to a fee unit, the value of which is fixed for each financial year by the Treasurer of Victoria under the Monetary Units Act 2004 based on consideration of the consumer price index (CPI).
The applications and application fees that are payable to the Water Authority are described in the following tables.
