Concerns and Complaints

If you have a concern or complaint regarding our services, please contact us on 1800 013 357 or email reception@g-mwater.com.au.  Through our complaint management process we will make every effort to resolve your concerns quickly.

We will stay in contact with you throughout the process and we aim to resolve the majority of concerns within 10 working days.

If you feel that the matter has not been resolved to your satisfaction, please let us know.  If you are still not satisfied with the outcome, you can contact the Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria (EWOV) on 1800 500 509.
