Charlotte leads the Retail and Operations team which is the ‘customer face' of G-MW. The team include staff from across a number of locations who manage water delivery, maintenance and have day-to-day interactions with our customers about their water needs and service - everything from ordering water to explaining their bill. Charlotte grew up in Northern Victoria and has since worked in many customer focussed organisations and industries such as Telecommunications, Energy, Insurance and Health across the globe, and is looking forward to driving the Retail and Operations team to become customer focussed in the most efficient way possible.

John joined G-MW in July 2011 with 15 years of financial and general management experience obtained in senior positions in infrastructure and infrastructure advisory businesses in Australia and internationally. John has most recently held CFO positions in both publicly listed and privately held electricity distribution businesses. With strong skills across financial management, governance, economic regulation and business performance John leads the Finance division of G-MW.

Chris has experience in risk management, governance, compliance and financial reporting. This experience has been obtained through a variety of roles at organisations including the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Coliban Water. Chris is a director of Lockmore Financial Services Limited trading as the Elmore, Lockington & Rochester Community Bank.

Graeme Hannan has 17 years of experience in all aspects of water resource management at Goulburn-Murray Water. This includes storage and river operations and modeling, water policy and entitlement development and implementation, and natural resource management. In his present role as General Manager Catchment Services, he is responsible for the provision of the wholesale water supply business including the management of G-MW's dams, water resources and natural resource management functions and co-ordination of these activities with the Murray Darling Basin Authority. Prior to his appointment at G-MW he had 16 years experience as a consulting engineer in the water sector in Australia and overseas.

Russell joined G-MW in July 2012 after eight years in management and executive roles in local government. Prior to that he served for 23 years in the Australian Army as a soldier and officer, specialising in logistics and personnel management. Russell has extensive training and experience in governance, change management, corporate risk and strategic planning and leads G-MW's Corporate Services Division.

Ian joined G-MW in July 2012 with 30 years of C level IT Management experience. He has worked in Healthcare, Telecommunications, and Aerospace and Defence industries across the public, private and government sectors. He leads the Information Communications and Technology division of G-MW.

Garry's 30 year career has focussed on the successful delivery of heavy engineering and civil constructions projects throughout Australia and internationally. He has previously held project director roles within the Victorian Desalination Plant, Australian Synchroton and replacement of the nuclear research reactor (OPAL). Garry's most recent role was with the Northern Victoria Irrigation Renewal Project (NVIRP) as the Executive Manager Capital Works.
